General Information

SIA Horse Span, Registration No. 50103934151, address Aptiekas iela 21, Riga, LV-1005 (hereinafter – the Online Store) provides content and sells goods/services on the website in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Provisions

Any purchase made via the website constitutes a Distance Contract and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including but not limited to:

  • Consumer Rights Protection Law
  • Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts
  • Other applicable legal acts

2. Making Purchases

Product prices and descriptions are displayed next to each product.

To place an order:

  1. add products to the shopping cart;
  2. complete all required fields;
  3. select a delivery method;
  4. review the total order amount;
  5. complete payment.

3. Payment Terms

The transaction currency is EUR.

Payments are processed via makecommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS) using available payment methods, including:

  • Baltic and Finnish online banks
  • Visa / Mastercard payments

Note: After completing payment via online banking, click “Return to merchant”.

Personal data required for payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract becomes effective upon successful payment. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery country: Latvia
  • Delivery method: in-store pickup
  • All applicable taxes and charges are borne by the Buyer

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products (this will be clearly stated next to the product)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

Returned goods must be

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in original packaging.

The Online Store may reduce the refund amount if the value of goods has decreased.

Return costs are borne by the Buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

The withdrawal form must be sent to info@balticwoodland.com within 14 days.

6. Non-Conforming Goods

The Online store is liable for defects that are discovered within 14 days after delivery, provided that:

  • The goods have not been completely used;
  • The defect has not arisen as a result of storage or use.

7. Processing of Personal Data

Only data necessary for order processing is collected.

Data may be shared with delivery service providers.

Marketing communications are sent only with explicit consent and can be cancelled at any time.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through

  • negotiation
  • consumer protection authorities
  • courts of the Republic of Latvia.

Consumers may also use EU alternative dispute resolution bodies.
